Courtesy and professional service at every visit. All metal implements are sterilized in hospital grade Autoclave then seal in a pouch until the next use.

Late Arrivals / Cancellation
Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “No Show” and the appointment may be given away. Please keep in mind that “ No Show” and last minute cancellations leave our beauticians with empty appointment times. We may also turned away other guest who could have enjoyed that time slot. All missed appointments will be charged half of the schedule service price. This also applies to same day appointments. The week of holiday will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Gift cards / gift certificates
Gift cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. In store credit only. If lost of stolen, or used without permission, the card cannot be replaced or the replenished. Gift cards must be presented at the time of services.

Children / Pets
Our services are reserved for you and other clients for a total relaxation. For this reason wee do not recommend bringing small children since they cannot be complete supervised during services unless being serviced.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of a seeing-eye dog.

Return / Refund
Check carefully all of the products before you pay there is no refund, no exchange, and no return all sales are final.
There is absolutely NO REFUNDS for any services performed.

Enhancements are guaranteed for 3 business days and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen.

For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
